Shipping
Most orders are shipped or started (ie. engraved id tags) within 1-2 business days, this is in addition to the shipping time in transit. Below is an estimated delivery time once an item has shipped. Please note all shipping times are in business days. Express shipping is also calculated using business days and is guaranteed (next day or second day) once the item ships from our warehouse (usually in 1-2 business days).
Shipping and Handling $3.00 for first item, $1.00 for each additional item.
Returns/Exchanges
We are happy to take returns or exchange items as long as they are not used (no evidence of any use and in the original complete packaging please). Contact us if you would like to return an item to obtain a return authorization number (RMA), returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Please note shipping and handling is non-refundable and we do not offer returns or exchanges on customized, clearance or auction items. There is a 15% restocking fee if you want to return an item.
